Can't say thank you enough to the people that helped us. We moved to Austria and had no idea about the permitting, paperwork, or requirements or if the airlines would even make it possible to bring out 80lb dog with us. Thankfully I choose this company and they made the entire process very smooth. It was so smooth that I became suspicious at times because I was worried that we were missing something, but nope! The company is just that efficient and professional.Will definitely recommend to any and all family and friends who intend to travel with their pets internationally.

Feathers and Fur are amazing! They helped us get our 2 dogs to Germany with not a lot of notice. We had an issue with the vet and getting the USDA health certificates and it was Feathers and Furs who stepped in and ensured we got the documents we needed in time. Additionally, they gave sound advice on which airport to depart from to not be impacted by a heat embargo. Ensuring our dogs made it to Germany with us was the most stressful part of our move but Feathers and Fur's professionalism and expertise made it happen!

Dominique did an amazing job preparing me and my dog for the journey from Atlanta to London. Despite the airline canceling my dog's flight, Dominique was quick to rearrange my dog's flight and customs clearance slot to ensure she was able to fly out the next day. Their comprehensive list of instructions and documents made the transition easy, and their constant communication with me and my vet ensured that everything within our control went smoothly. I would recommend F&F to anyone flying their pet outside the US and would use them again in a heartbeat for my pet's travel!

I absolutely loved working with this company to get our fur baby to Germany! Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful! The constant communication and application were a great source for everyone on the team to know what was going on. I loved having a checklist and documents explaining everything from kennel set up to self pick up instructions. Made what could have been a difficult transport into a simple and smooth transition! I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again to return to the states when the time comes

Rebecca from Feathers and Furs walked us through every step of transporting our two extra-large goldendoodles. She made the entire process a piece of cake! I constantly had questions and she replied to every one in a timely manner. Due to the extra large crates we needed, we were unable to purchase them ourselves. Rebecca took care of getting the crates and making sure we knew all the details of how large they were for pick up. We highly recommend Feathers and Furs and would definitely use them again.

This company is so professional and reliable. I moved to Germany and it was so hard to find an airline that would take my 75 lb lab mix. A friend recommended this company to my husband and I and we thought their pricing was the most reasonable for this pet travel industry. My husband took Lucy to the Atlanta international airport. He dropped her off and she flew from Atlanta to Frankfurt, Germany on a Luftansa cargo flight. Dominique with Feathers and Fur kept in constant communication with my husband to make sure Lucy was in the best of hands. She arrived healthy and happy. I am so appreciative of Dominique and Feathers and Fur. This process costs but considering what others charge and the smooth process we went through, I would go with company again hands down. This company really cares, and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is fine for the animals. Rebecca and Lindsay were absolutely amazing. I was crazy enough to transport 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a bearded dragon from NC, USA to Edinburgh, Scotland, as well as moving myself, my daughter, and my horse at the same time. No matter the challenges, Rebecca and Lindsay were always available and really and truly went more than above and beyond to make sure my animals arrived safe and well. They even went to a pet store to buy the food my cats needed when they had to be unexpectedly boarded in Atlanta for several days. I was blown away by the care and attention me and my furry family received!

I was having them transport my cat Uno from Atlanta to Lebanon. Which is a very big trip. They were very Accommodating and made sure i had all of my requested fulfilled when it came to how I needed him separated from other cats and begging fed They had Send pictures of him to myself and family. They housed him for two days before his flight as well as keeping us updated EVERY step of the way including calling the airline that he was landing at to fix an issue we had there, which was way out of their control, though they still took charge and tried to help with the situation to the best of their abilities. As well as putting the last time he was fed on the carrier I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future

We used Fur and Feathers to help move our pup from the USA to the UK, and I'm so glad we did. It is a complex process, with so much potential to make a mistake, and it was great to know we had them making sure every detail was correct. Using the app to communicate and share information was great, and any question we had was answered quickly. When we went to get the health certificate to fly, they had us upload it while still at the vets, and checked it there and then, spotting an issue that was then rectified, saving another 4 hour round trip, or even a problem on the day of travel. Also when we had a last minute panic about crate size, they were able to put a backup plan in place, just in case we needed it. Flying our fur baby such a long way was stressful, but having them look after the arrangements was the best decision we could have made!

My family and I recently moved to England from the United States. When we were planning this move, we never dreamed that we’d have such a difficult time finding an airline to take our English Bulldog to our new home. It was so stressful trying to plan his trip and navigate the paperwork and veterinary requirements for importing pets into the UK. Luckily, our vet recommended Feathers and Fur and from the moment we reached out to ask for a quote, their kindness and professionalism put us at ease. Alex and the rest of the team were so fantastic in walking us through the entire process and were extremely informative and organized. Even when we had to change our own plans multiple times, Alex was so friendly and easily updated our pups agenda to meet our needs! Furthermore, he eased our minds the day of our pup’s flight by keeping us updated every step of the way! We got photos, paperwork and location updates throughout the trip. We will be returning back to the US in three years, and will definitely be using Feathers and Fur again. Thanks for getting our boy home to us 💕.

Feathers and Fur far exceeded my expectations for moving my dogs from Atlanta to London. I called 4 pet transport companies and they were the least expensive, however their service and care were priceless. Marck was very responsive and organized with my questions and paperwork needed to move my dogs. Alex was sensitive and gentle when picking them up and getting them set at the airport. I will definitely use them again in 3 years when we move back to the states.

It honestly was a Christmas miracle, and I will never be able to repay them for all the extra work they did in order to make this possible. Alex was my lead pet travel agent; he, along with the Feathers and Fur Express team (thank you, Lindsey and Savannah!), all came together to get my kitties to me safely! Lots of tears of gratitude as I write this. I fully recommend the service of this agency for all your international pet travel needs, particularly if you work for the military as active duty or on the civilian side (I’m a teacher for DoDEA). So grateful to Lindsey and the team for their help! Airlines refused to take my Boston Terrier when we planned to move from USA to Ukraine, so I started researching online in order to find the company to help me with air travel of my dog. I called several companies including Feathers and Fur Express. The call with Lindsey was very informative and I've got the impression that these people really know what they are doing and care about pets. Lindsey arranged everything very professionally, helped to gather and prepare all the papers and was in touch through the entire process. She replied to my emails late at night and early morning, regardless of business hours, she was on top of most important things as well as the small details. It was pretty stressful for me when we were running out of time and were at risk of not being able to complete the medical certificate before the flight. But Lindsey arranged it all and made sure the papers are in order on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with pet travel. Thank you very much guys! It's been 6 months since we moved and our Max is doing very well.

Alex and all parties involved were absolutely amazing! My story is long, but I will try to sum it up. PCS to Germany and was given bad info regarding the steps needed to ensure my pets could fly on the rotator. With that being said, I had to use a pet shipping company. I did a quick google search and found Feathers and Fur Express. I called and was given a quote and immediately connected with my pet shipping agent, Alex. Alex not only assisted me EVERY step of the way, but also provided timely updates regarding paperwork needs, and pet status. My situation was a little unique as the flights had to be rescheduled due to personal matters regarding the flight and arrival of my family. Alex, without hesitation, rescheduled my pet's flights, and assured me and my family throughout the process. Amazing experience. I used Feathers & Fur to fly my Frenchie from Atlanta to Frankfurt. Due to me not traveling and someone else picking her up on my behalf she had to fly on a commercial health certificate, which required the vet visit to be within 48hrs of travel. Rebecca was great, and helped me set up the vet appointment, and made sure the vet knew exactly how to complete all required documentation. She, and the whole team have also been very helpful in answering any questions throughout the process, and providing updates during the travel. I would definitely use their services again, and can only recommend them.

Feathers and Fur Express helped us make our dream of living in Uruguay come true by making it possible for us to get our dog, Skritch, there safely. Moving a pet is a hugely complicated process, and Lindsey was amazing, nice to work with and super organized every step of the way. We had many changes in plans due to the pandemic, plus some last minute complications in our travel details, and Lindsey handled everything beautifully. He had to have a couple vet visits the week of travel since we were not flying with him, he was technically flying as a commercial pet. Lindsey paid attention to all the small details to make sure the vet knew exactly what to do in order to prep him for the flight and clear customs here in the UK.He arrived happy and healthy!

Because of our move back from the US to Europe, Lindsey helped us with the arrangements for our dog Bart, our 160 pounds Rottweiler. Because he was so huge, it made things a little more complicated than usual. Lindsey helped us out with a used custom made crate, which made quit a difference in price. She was very patient and helpful, we felt completely safe in her care. When Bart suddenly died before the trip, she was very generous in reimbursing most of the expenses. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!!

Feathers and Fur Express did an excellent job shipping my pet to a difficult part of Europe. They were honest, caring, and responsive. It is a one stop when it comes to pet shipping. Feathers and Fur Express was a reliable and reasonable option for our family to ship our beloved American Staffordshire/Bully mix. We found out the hard way this is a tuff breed to relocate with the airlines. They went way above the call of duty in getting it done for us, and they were there to assure us all the way to the end of the relocation. We are grateful for all the help because what seemed an impossible situation at times they handled with absolute professionalism. They really went the distance on so many levels to cater to our needs. I highly recommend making them your choice in pet shipping.

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia. I had to very suddenly leave my country of service and I desperately wanted to bring my dog home. Lindsay helped me out with EVERYTHING! I would recommend this company 💯, they helped me every step of the way from calling the vet multiple times to make sure the medical certificate and paperwork was complete, to suggestions on a crate, to sending me pictures on the day of transport. They helped get our dog from Atlanta to Brussels, Belgium and without them it would have been a nightmare!! I will be using them in the future when we move back to the US! Highly recommend, they helped reduce my stress of a big move international, not sure I would have been able to do it myself. Thank you

F&F helped us get Mochi to her momas in Germany. The cost by far was the most reasonable and I was given options for add-on services which others wouldn’t allow. F&F reunited Mochi with her moms which has made them extremely happy! We are so thankful & grateful for their guidance and help throughout the entire process! If it weren’t for F&F we wouldn’t have been able to accomplish getting Mochi home! We recently PCSed to Germany and used feathers and fur to get our fur baby, bear, there. They were amazing!! Rebecca was our handler during the process and she made it painless. Bear had to be boarded for a few days on both sides and they were wonderful as well. We were sent updates, photos and could always ask for anything extra to ease our minds while he was not with us. We would highly recommend using feathers and fur to get your fur baby where they need to go with you!

I was going to try and do all of the moving plus paperwork myself, for a move from San Diego to Cebu, Philippines, but after it proved to be too much, I decided to use Feathers & Fur to take care of it.

I was very troubled and worried about the transport of my two dogs, Gus & Morgan, in cargo, but they arrived in Cebu and were in good condition. It was a grand reunion after days apart, and we are now all settled in our new home along the water in Barili Province.

We brought our 3 dogs back to Germany with them and ran into some hiccups along the way (with the vet, transport embargo…) which were always resolved quick and professional by Rebecca :)

I can't recommend this company enough. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and personable.

I am a member of the military and I was shipping my dog from Los Angeles to London. From the start, they let me know what I needed and when I needed it. The communication is also second to none.

I do not know where to start! This is a true class act!!

Due to a series of unfortunate events, our fur babies could not make our flight to Baltimore to follow on to Germany. We were given Feathers and Fur as a recommendation on a Wednesday. Through their tireless and personal efforts, our puppies were with us on Saturday.

We worked with Lindsey and Rebecca and it just felt like they were as invested in reuniting us with our babies as we were. They emailed and asked for all spotter of accommodations on our behalf and on top of that, they were so affordable!! I was shocked! If you are shipping your fur babies overseas, I would absolutely without any hesitation recommend Feathers and Fur Express!!!

Rebecca worked to move our dog Sparky from Florida to Germany having to adjust to several changes due to airline restrictions on pet travel. When the airline could only transport Sparky to Amsterdam, Rebecca arranged for ground transportation to our home in Germany. Recommend Feather and Fur Express for you pet travel.

This is the absolute best pet transport company ever! At a little over a week out, they made magic happen. Marck was always answering all of my 5000 questions. He was on top of things, letting me know what I still needed and reassured me everything would be just fine. He looked over the paperwork so no second trips were needed. Bess took over at the terminal, fixing everything to ensure they were right . They are super and guess what else FAMILY owned! Not to mention a small business. Thank you so much, Lindsey, for arranging my babies’ journey to Taiwan. My agency search was stressful. I’ve consulted many relocation agencies, and they either book the wrong flight to China saying they cannot transport them to Taiwan blah blah blah; or told me to wait for flight confirmation, which made me wait for a week and never responded. My time became very limited (three weeks left). Luckily, I found Feathers and Fur Express on IPATA. Lindsey responded my quote, confirming my document throughly and the flight promptly. All the detailed Lindsey is very carefully checking.
Finally, my babies arrived safely! Everything went so well!!

Highly recommend! Helped our family get our 2 dogs and 1 cat to Italy from Atlanta! Ran into small hiccups in their connection flight in Germany causing some delays in their arrival, through no fault of Lindsey's, and she was constantly in communication with us the entire way! If you are PCSing overseas, highly recommend giving her a call! The price tag may be eye-opening, but worth the peace of mind knowing they will be taken great care of!

Without the help of Feathers and Fur Express there’s no way I would have been able to move both of my cats from the U.S. to Austria. Moving pets internationally can be incredibly stressful, but with the help of Lindsey the process was genuinely made 10 times easier. She was always there to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend using them if you’re needing to move a pet. Because of our move back from the US to Europe, Lindsey helped us with the arrangements for our dog Bart, our 160 pounds Rottweiler. Because he was so huge, it made things a little more complicated than usual. Lindsey helped us out with a used custom made crate, which made quit a difference in price. She was very patient and helpful, we felt completely safe in her care. When Bart suddenly died before the trip, she was very generous in reimbursing most of the expenses. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!!

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia. I had to very suddenly leave my country of service and I desperately wanted to bring my dog home. Lindsay helped me out with EVERYTHING! Lindsay was so kind and helpful and professional and I can't thank her enough. One of my favorite moments was when she and I were discussing the logistics of shipping my dog and I asked if she had ever shipped an animal out of Liberia. She said she hadn't but was more than ready to make this her first go. She never once said it would be impossible or too hard. She just said "let's do this!" and she got it done. When I had to leave Liberia, I was heartbroken and Lindsay helped me with this one thing that meant the world to me. Thank you, so much, Lindsay and F&F Express! It was a great experience to sent my dog with the Feathers and Fur Express company from Savannah, GA to Germany. I was a bit desperate after the airline company gave us all the wrong information about bringing our dog with in our PCS move.
They answered all my questions, every hour of the day, sometimes even during the night. Find the best possible flight for my doggy and they even sent me pictures with my doggy before boarding and made sure I have all the documentation need it.
I will definitely use them again if it will be needed.

Angela went above and beyond my expectations and took such wonderful care of my dog until I was able to get to California myself. The only shipping company I will use to ship my delicate sphynx kittens, bullies and frenchies! Angela and her crew take amazing care of them and understand how stress effects puppies and kittens. Recently they went to New Mexico for me to pick up a dog. She was due in heat very soon and they made a special trip before their route to make sure I got her when I needed her. When I got her she was so attached to Jay who made the trip with her. As breeders themselves they understand the need for sanitary, stress free traveling. They are extremely affordable and a pleasure to work with! 🖤🐶
