Kaila and Lindsay went to the ends of the earth to get the international health certificates for our dogs and cat. They were detail oriented, responsive and very determined to get us all on the right flights, despite inexcusable delays by the USDA. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone at Feathers and Fur Express! We contracted them to ship our 2 German Shepherds from Virginia to the Netherlands. We were understandably overwhelmed and stressed about sending our boys overseas but Kalia, Lindsey, and Dominique were there for us every step of the way. My husband PCS'd several months before us so this was quite an undertaking. Their constant reassurance and positive attitude truly helped me.They answered all our questions and kept us well informed prior to and on the day of travel. Vandal and Grimm arrived safe and sound in Amsterdam. My husband and I are very relieved to have our family back together, and they made that possible! Thank you again!

Awesome communication with Mrs. Rebecca and the best customer service in the Pet transport industry. They shipped my French Bulldog from Atlanta to Japan in 2021 and then again in 2024. The process was a breeze, the cost was reasonable for my military family, and they consistently kept me updated on my dog throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone shipping a dog and the door to door service is priceless!

Feathers and Fur Express was an incredible service - for myself & my 2 kitties!! Moving to Ireland from the U.S. was a big challenge, but Feathers and Fur made getting the kitties over a breeze! They really did a wonderful job in keeping us in the loop, our questions answered ASAP, & were also super kind, caring, & on top of everything! My kitties are not the best car travelers, so I was definitely worried how they were going to act and feel on the flight. It was a quick and simple process to set up everything all the way up until the last day we had great communication. There ended up being a problem on my end with me not being there to pick up my pet because of me flying in later than I expected. We hired Feathers and Fur to ship our dogs to Australia. From what I hear, Australia is the most difficult country to import pets into. The process took 9 months!!! Feathers and Fur guided us through the whole process. They were great. Mark always answered the phone and messages. The app is super handy to keep everything in order. They were friendly and polite, and patient with our million questions. Of course there were some hurdles, but apparently that’s the nature of pet shipping. Apparently pet travel is not the same as passenger flights. We thought we could just book the flight. Expect to be flexible or you will be stressed out. I had no idea it was so complex. Anyhow, we are very grateful. We would highly recommend them.

We had a terrible experience with this company. We moved to Argentina, flying from JFK to Buenos Aires. Our labradoodle had to fly in cargo from JFK to Panama to Buenos Aires. She missed her flight in Panama, and Feathers and Fur Express was not even aware of that. After 62 hours apart from us, we finally got our dog. We had to make 3 trips to the airport, and only because we had made a new friend in Argentina were we able to get her from the airport in time. It was right before a holiday, and if we hadn't gotten her when we did, she would have been left in her crate at the airport for a week. She was dehydrated when we finally got her, so I'm sure she would have died. And then, as soon as Feathers and Fur Express knew we had her, they deleted my account so I couldn't contact them. Please use someone else if you love your pet!

Feathers and Fur was incredible! It was worth every penny! I moved to Spain and didn’t know how to get my dog through the whole process so I hired Feathers and Fur. They did EVERYTHING for me and I honestly could not have done it without them. The app they use is also super helpful they always return messages within 24hrs and are super kind. I recently used FF Express to travel with my pet cat from Boston Massachusetts to Bangkok Thailand. They provided me with all the information needed to make our trip successful. They handled all paperwork necessary for me to make my trip successful as well. They communicated with me every step of the way, and informed me of every veterinary visit. They help coordinate all paperwork with the USDA and the Thailand department of agriculture. Immigration and customs were very easy and without question or concern. I highly recommend using FFexpress to anyone that wants to safely travel with their pet on board a flight.

Our experience with Feathers and Fur was awesome , we pcs from Washington to Germany with little knowledge on how to transport our French bulldog with international airlines. We got in contact with the team and the treatment was 5 star. Dominique went above and beyond to ensure it was no stress on my family during this process. All paperwork and coordinating with Vet for proper documentation was taken care of and transportation to the airport was done. I had no issues whatsoever. look no further book with FFE ! Maybe my experience was an anomaly, but these people were not helpful and caused nothing but stress right up to the point where my parrot was seized by customs in Germany due to missing paperwork (which they blamed on US Fish & Wildlife instead of their FFE representative who was there). I was able to take her home only thanks to my husband who speaks German and contacted the proper government agency. They seem to avoid ever speaking on the phone and often provided confusing or plain wrong information to me & my vet. A week before travel they mentioned I might want to contact a local vet in Germany to see if there are any additional requirements (was that not part of the service that I paid a small fortune for?). 2 days before travel they still didn’t have the flight nailed down. They were meant to ease the stress of moving but instead they caused more. I wish I had done it myself.

Feathers and Fur made it possible to get our pooches to Germany!My husband and I recently PCSed to Germany and our two goldens exceeded the weight limits of the connecting flights to get us to our international flight. We were very stressed and in a hurry to figure out how to get our dogs to come with us. Feathers and Fur was very patient with all of my questions/concerns and responsive! They were reasonably priced, friendly, flexible, and understanding of our situation—which instanly helped ease my stress. Our dogs arrived comfy and HAPPY! This is the only place you need to transport your pets! Our family was being moved from Detroit Michigan to Antwerp Belgium. We found out a week before our flight that our dog could not be standard cargo with delta airlines. So I reached out to a company or help. 7 business days before our flight. After 4 business days of the run around of we cant start until you pay (they had not sent me the invoice to pay) I reached out to Feathers and Fur Express 24 hours before we left for Belgium and our family dog would have been left behind. From the moment they answered the phone they were prompt and quick. They got the manager involved and had me quoted within 20 minutes. They then had my invoice to me within the hour. They were able to get my dog on a flight with another airline with an arrival time shortly after we landed so we were all able to go to our new home together. I will only recommend them and no one else. We will be using them when we move home if we are unable to use delta cargo. Thank you so much Feathers and Fur Express!

Feathers and Fur Express were a godsend getting our 23 lbs Maltese Wire Fox terrier mix from Atlanta to Lima, Peru.The airline denied us boarding with our dog during check-in and we had to reschedule our flight two days later. FYI, my Amazon "research" let me think that we could take her in-cabin with us in a carrier, as others did with a dog her size. My advice is, please don't trust your own research, but trust the facts and rules :)The airline would also not allow to fly her in cargo, since the outside temperature was over 80F (it was end of July).I have found Feathers and Fur Express and they immediately put me at ease by talking me through their process and approach. They were able to arrange her travel 10 days after we left. Maz drove her from Atlanta to Orlando a day before and she had to take a layover flight in Panama to Lima. I highly recommend them, as they were able to expedite and were very candid about everything.Side note on traveling to Lima, Peru: As of 2023, I do not recommend bringing your pet for leisure travel, if they have to be on a separate cargo flight. Traveling in-cabin or in cargo with you on the same flight may still be ok.The import process in Lima is very bureaucratic and will cost you a lot of extra fees. There is no centralized system and thankfully, we had a bi-lingual driver who helped us. Our dog landed at 7:30 pm and we were finally able to walk out at 3:00 am after a grueling process, also for our dog. Thankfully, our dog did not have any traumatic experience during her travel. She has not been crate-trained, but was just calm being in her crate after she arrived.* Feathers and Fur Express was not aware of the import process and I do not hold them accountable, since they realistically cannot know every country's procedure.

Here are a few words we would use to describe our experience with Feathers and Fur.Phenomenal. Reassuring. Experts at what they do.Lindsey and Rebecca were dedicated to making the entire process a success. When our straightforward, though complex, experience of transporting our dog and cat from Reno, Nevada to Tokyo, Japan was derailed by multiple errors by our vet, Feathers and Fur managed the change without breaking a sweat. These errors put our pets on two different 6 month quarantine tracks and in two different locations, Pittsburgh, PA and San Francisco, CA.Lindsey, Rebecca and their team were on top of and ahead of it all, informing us of each and every step from vet appointments, vaccines, health certificates, coordinating flights, to crate size and much more. They quelled our fears and concerns over the 14 month process.We have not met two people who we would trust more, who are more dedicated to taking the stress out of transporting animals overseas. They will be the first people we reach out to when it is time to return to the United States.We are grateful beyond words!

They made the whole process pretty easy on us.-The portal has everything you need to do with a good checklist, instructions, and is a helpful reference point for the documents.-Great, timely communication.-Easy drop off 10 minutes from the Atlanta airport. (They need a bigger sign though)-The price for the crate actually seems like a pretty good deal. It's a decent crate that you keep after the trip. I hadn't thought to ask about this, and we weren't really prepared to transport a crate, but we made it fit and now have a good travel crate.-And most importantly, the dog made it to our location in Europe in one piece.Thank you Tyla.

I would not use this company again. We decided to relocate from the United States to Austria and contacted a number of companies looking for the best and easiest option for our dogs. This company seemed the best option for the relocation. We told them two and a half months in advance when we wanted to fly and how--surprise, they discovered a week before our departure that there were no flights for our dog that day totally upending our travel plans. It was an ordeal dealing with them regarding the veterinary paperwork. After having the rabies certificate for one of our dogs for weeks they discovered that it missed a number and asked we go back to the vet, which we could not as we had already started to move. It was extremely frustrating. All queries and questions were answered with a rude demeanor and attitude. When asking about specific items to bring, they just gave a list and contradicted themselves. It was a frustrating experience as the travel day neared. I did the pick up myself--do not pay their overpriced upcharges for the pick up process--it is very easy if a little time consuming. It was clear from the food on their boxes that they were not feed during the trip--36hours without food?! Here is the most important reason I would never ever trust this company again with the safety and wellbeing of my dogs--we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs within a week of arrival. Something happened during the trip we were never told about that cost a beautiful puppy their life.

Feathers and Fur are amazing! They helped us get our 2 dogs to Germany with not a lot of notice. We had an issue with the vet and getting the USDA health certificates and it was Feathers and Furs who stepped in and ensured we got the documents we needed in time. Additionally, they gave sound advice on which airport to depart from to not be impacted by a heat embargo. Ensuring our dogs made it to Germany with us was the most stressful part of our move but Feathers and Fur's professionalism and expertise made it happen!

Dominique did an amazing job preparing me and my dog for the journey from Atlanta to London. Despite the airline canceling my dog's flight, Dominique was quick to rearrange my dog's flight and customs clearance slot to ensure she was able to fly out the next day. Their comprehensive list of instructions and documents made the transition easy, and their constant communication with me and my vet ensured that everything within our control went smoothly. I absolutely loved working with this company to get our fur baby to Germany! Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful! The constant communication and application were a great source for everyone on the team to know what was going on. Rebecca from Feathers and Furs walked us through every step of transporting our two extra-large goldendoodles. She made the entire process a piece of cake! I constantly had questions and she replied to every one in a timely manner. Due to the extra large crates we needed, we were unable to purchase them ourselves. Rebecca took care of getting the crates and making sure we knew all the details of how large they were for pick up. We highly recommend Feathers and Furs and would definitely use them again.

This company is so professional and reliable. I moved to Germany and it was so hard to find an airline that would take my 75 lb lab mix. A friend recommended this company to my husband and I and we thought their pricing was the most reasonable for this pet travel industry. My husband took Lucy to the Atlanta international airport. He dropped her off and she flew from Atlanta to Frankfurt, Germany on a Luftansa cargo flight. Dominique with Feathers and Fur kept in constant communication with my husband to make sure Lucy was in the best of hands. She arrived healthy and happy. I am so appreciative of Dominique and Feathers and Fur. This process costs but considering what others charge and the smooth process we went through, I would go with company again hands down. This company really cares, and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is fine for the animals. Rebecca and Lindsay were absolutely amazing. I was crazy enough to transport 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a bearded dragon from NC, USA to Edinburgh, Scotland, as well as moving myself, my daughter, and my horse at the same time. No matter the challenges, Rebecca and Lindsay were always available and really and truly went more than above and beyond to make sure my animals arrived safe and well. They even went to a pet store to buy the food my cats needed when they had to be unexpectedly boarded in Atlanta for several days. I was blown away by the care and attention me and my furry family received!

I was having them transport my cat Uno from Atlanta to Lebanon. Which is a very big trip. They were very Accommodating and made sure i had all of my requested fulfilled when it came to how I needed him separated from other cats and begging fed They had Send pictures of him to myself and family. They housed him for two days before his flight as well as keeping us updated EVERY step of the way including calling the airline that he was landing at to fix an issue we had there, which was way out of their control, though they still took charge and tried to help with the situation to the best of their abilities. As well as putting the last time he was fed on the carrier I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future

We used Fur and Feathers to help move our pup from the USA to the UK, and I'm so glad we did. It is a complex process, with so much potential to make a mistake, and it was great to know we had them making sure every detail was correct. Using the app to communicate and share information was great, and any question we had was answered quickly. When we went to get the health certificate to fly, they had us upload it while still at the vets, and checked it there and then, spotting an issue that was then rectified, saving another 4 hour round trip, or even a problem on the day of travel. Also when we had a last minute panic about crate size, they were able to put a backup plan in place, just in case we needed it. Flying our fur baby such a long way was stressful, but having them look after the arrangements was the best decision we could have made!

Feathers and Fur far exceeded my expectations for moving my dogs from Atlanta to London. I called 4 pet transport companies and they were the least expensive, however their service and care were priceless. It honestly was a Christmas miracle, and I will never be able to repay them for all the extra work they did in order to make this possible. Lots of tears of gratitude as I write this. Airlines refused to take my Boston Terrier when we planned to move from USA to Ukraine, so I started researching online in order to find the company to help me with air travel of my dog. I called several companies including Feathers and Fur Express. The call with Lindsey was very informative and I've got the impression that these people really know what they are doing and care about pets. Lindsey arranged everything very professionally, helped to gather and prepare all the papers and was in touch through the entire process. She replied to my emails late at night and early morning, regardless of business hours, she was on top of most important things as well as the small details. It was pretty stressful for me when we were running out of time and were at risk of not being able to complete the medical certificate before the flight. But Lindsey arranged it all and made sure the papers are in order on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with pet travel. Thank you very much guys! Alex and all parties involved were absolutely amazing! My story is long, but I will try to sum it up. PCS to Germany and was given bad info regarding the steps needed to ensure my pets could fly on the rotator. With that being said, I had to use a pet shipping company. I did a quick google search and found Feathers and Fur Express. I called and was given a quote and immediately connected with my pet shipping agent, Alex. Alex not only assisted me EVERY step of the way, but also provided timely updates regarding paperwork needs, and pet status. My situation was a little unique as the flights had to be rescheduled due to personal matters regarding the flight and arrival of my family. Alex, without hesitation, rescheduled my pet's flights, and assured me and my family throughout the process. Amazing experience. I used Feathers & Fur to fly my Frenchie from Atlanta to Frankfurt. Due to me not traveling and someone else picking her up on my behalf she had to fly on a commercial health certificate, which required the vet visit to be within 48hrs of travel. Rebecca was great, and helped me set up the vet appointment, and made sure the vet knew exactly how to complete all required documentation. She, and the whole team have also been very helpful in answering any questions throughout the process, and providing updates during the travel. I would definitely use their services again, and can only recommend them.

He had to have a couple vet visits the week of travel since we were not flying with him, he was technically flying as a commercial pet. Because of our move back from the US to Europe, Lindsey helped us with the arrangements for our dog Bart, our 160 pounds Rottweiler. Because he was so huge, it made things a little more complicated than usual. Lindsey helped us out with a used custom made crate, which made quit a difference in price. Awesome communication with Mrs. Rebecca and the best customer service in the Pet transport industry. They shipped my French Bulldog from Atlanta to Japan in 2021 and then again in 2024. The process was a breeze, the cost was reasonable for my military family, and they consistently kept me updated on my dog throughout the process. Highly recommend these guys. I shipped my French Bulldog through them from Atlanta to Frankfurt with no issues whatsoever. I had arrived in Germany a few months before my dog did so I was worried this would be an issue with getting my dog here as I could not be in the states to gather certain documents. They were very hands on with getting his paperwork in order and once they had my vets info, they got a majority of his health forms through them so I didn’t even have to upload them myself. They were also very effective in communicating with my mother who was in charge of taking care of my dog while I was overseas. They made obtaining my dog’s health certificate a breeze for her and walked her through every step of dropping my dog off at the airport. I’m so happy these guys were able to make this process as simple as possible and reunite my little guy with his family. Thank you!

I would not use this company again. We decided to relocate from the United States to Austria and contacted a number of companies looking for the best and easiest option for our dogs. This company seemed the best option for the relocation. We told them two and a half months in advance when we wanted to fly and how--surprise, they discovered a week before our departure that there were no flights for our dog that day totally upending our travel plans. It was an ordeal dealing with them regarding the veterinary paperwork. After having the rabies certificate for one of our dogs for weeks they discovered that it missed a number and asked we go back to the vet, which we could not as we had already started to move. It was extremely frustrating. All queries and questions were answered with a rude demeanor and attitude. When asking about specific items to bring, they just gave a list and contradicted themselves. It was a frustrating experience as the travel day neared. I did the pick up myself--do not pay their overpriced upcharges for the pick up process--it is very easy if a little time consuming. It was clear from the food on their boxes that they were not fed during the trip--36 hours without food?! Here is the most important reason I would never ever trust this company again with the safety and well-being of my dogs--we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs within a week of arrival. Something happened during the trip we were never told about that cost a beautiful puppy their life.

Tyla and Lindsey were wonderful to work with! They both assured us that our dog would make it to us at our new location overseas! It was stressful trying to figure out on our own what all needed to happen in order to get our dog to Italy. From the beginning they made sure we had all the proper documentation needed! They were ready and available to answer all of our questions through the entire process.
We even experienced cancelled flights and their team worked through it all and made arrangements for our dog to be cared for until he was booked on another flight. I would recommend this company 💯, they helped me every step of the way from calling the vet multiple times to make sure the medical certificate and paperwork was complete, to suggestions on a crate, to sending me pictures on the day of transport. F&F helped us get Mochi to her momas in Germany. The cost by far was the most reasonable and I was given options for add-on services which others wouldn’t allow. We recently PCSed to Germany and used feathers and fur to get our fur baby, bear, there. They were amazing!! Rebecca was our handler during the process and she made it painless. I was going to try and do all of the moving plus paperwork myself, for a move from San Diego to Cebu, Philippines, but after it proved to be too much, I decided to use Feathers & Fur to take care of it.

I do not know where to start! This is a true class act!!

Due to a series of unfortunate events, our fur babies could not make our flight to Baltimore to follow on to Germany. We were given Feathers and Fur as a recommendation on a Wednesday. Through their tireless and personal efforts, our puppies were with us on Saturday.

We worked with Lindsey and Rebecca and it just felt like they were as invested in reuniting us with our babies as we were. They emailed and asked for all spotter of accommodations on our behalf and on top of that, they were so affordable!! I was shocked! Thank you so much, Lindsey, for arranging my babies’ journey to Taiwan. My agency search was stressful. I’ve consulted many relocation agencies, and they either book the wrong flight to China saying they cannot transport them to Taiwan blah blah blah; or told me to wait for flight confirmation, which made me wait for a week and never responded. Highly recommend! Helped our family get our 2 dogs and 1 cat to Italy from Atlanta! Ran into small hiccups in their connection flight in Germany causing some delays in their arrival, through no fault of Lindsey's, and she was constantly in communication with us the entire way! Lindsey and Marck helped us to relocate Lucky from California to Italy.
Besides bringing her to Italy they also found the way to bring her from Rome to Naples fast and safe. definitely recommend them! very professional and responsible.

Without the help of Feathers and Fur Express there’s no way I would have been able to move both of my cats from the U.S. to Austria. Moving pets internationally can be incredibly stressful, but with the help of Lindsey the process was genuinely made 10 times easier. She was always there to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend using them if you’re needing to move a pet. My two fur babies are now in Vienna with me and we are all so happy!! 😊

Because of our move back from the US to Europe, Lindsey helped us with the arrangements for our dog Bart, our 160 pounds Rottweiler. Because he was so huge, it made things a little more complicated than usual. Lindsey helped us out with a used custom made crate, which made quit a difference in price. She was very patient and helpful, we felt completely safe in her care. When Bart suddenly died before the trip, she was very generous in reimbursing most of the expenses. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!!

Working with Lindsey's team at Feathers and Fur Express has been an absolute pleasure. They made bringing my sweet dog to Australia a total breeze. I felt safe entrusting my pet with Feathers and Fur staff and appreciate their transparency through each step of the process. Lindsey really cares for each fur baby as if they were her own. With all the red tape associated with international pet travel, it was such a relief to know that I didn't have to worry about messing up all the little details because Lindsey had it completely taken care of. Finally, I trusted them much more than the larger businesses out there because of how genuine and diligent their work was. Absolutely superior service! Thanks to all the staff at F&F!

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia. I had to very suddenly leave my country of service and I desperately wanted to bring my dog home. Lindsay helped me out with EVERYTHING! Lindsay was so kind and helpful and professional and I can't thank her enough. One of my favorite moments was when she and I were discussing the logistics of shipping my dog and I asked if she had ever shipped an animal out of Liberia. She said she hadn't but was more than ready to make this her first go. She never once said it would be impossible or too hard. She just said "let's do this!" and she got it done. When I had to leave Liberia, I was heartbroken and Lindsay helped me with this one thing that meant the world to me. Thank you, so much, Lindsay and F&F Express! If you need to ship your pet across the country or across the world, Feathers and Fur Express is the way to go!

It was a great experience to sent my dog with the Feathers and Fur Express company from Savannah, GA to Germany. I was a bit desperate after the airline company gave us all the wrong information about bringing our dog with in our PCS move.
They answered all my questions, every hour of the day, sometimes even during the night. Find the best possible flight for my doggy and they even sent me pictures with my doggy before boarding and made sure I have all the documentation need it.
I will definitely use them again if it will be needed.

Feathers and Fur is simply the best!!!! I had to ship my dog from Hawaii to California before moving myself. Angela went above and beyond my expectations and took such wonderful care of my dog until I was able to get to California myself. She didn't just treat him like another dog but she treated him like a family member of my family. If I ever ship another dog it will definitely be with Feathers and Fur!!!

Feathers and Fur was an absolute Godsend in helping us safely transport our very special dog cross country. I can't say enough good things about this team - they were professional, responsive, communicative and above all loving and treated my Borris like one of their own family. I felt 100% confident while he was in their care that he was being treated wonderfully, and they sent me tons of photos and videos of his time with them. He was having a blast on his journey and I couldn't be happier with the stellar service Feathers and Fur provided. I am so thankful I found this amazing resource, and sing their praises to the rooftops. I will recommend and use them again and again.

Amazing service! Feathers and Fur flew our puppy from LA to Portland with his own, human travel companion. You couldn’t feel better about having to send your furry friend on a plane or a road trip than with these animal loving and knowledgeable folks. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
